Complete the booking form with the appropriate details and then forward the form and the money to the Sites Officer. The earlier you book the better your chance of guaranteeing your pitch. However remember that cancelling may incur a charge so please only book the sites you intend to go to. Perhaps you may want to leave booking for the latter half of the year until later on in the season when you will have a better idea of where and when you will be available.
The sites that are bookable are the ones on the booking form and the two visits to Juniper Hill for the North West and the Airshow weekends. The last two require a higher amount paid up front well in advance. The other sites require a £5 deposit.
We need a booking fee for these sites generally because there is electric available or a limited number of sites or just because the site owners demand it. CDDA doesn’t make any money from this arrangement and has no intention of losing any either, so if you default on a booking you will be liable for any charges raised against the DA.

Yes. Juniper Hill is different. CDDA have been very lucky to keep a presence on this site for the North West Weekend and The Airshow weekend, two very busy times in the Portrush Calendar. Prices have gone up in recent years and this is simply the result of commercial pressure. If we can’t or don’t take up our allocation we will inevitably lose these weekends. If you want to attend now or in the future we need to ensure we fully utilise the allocation.
